Normal Order
All types of “normal order” (products that you can purchase from Terbike.com site): Please make your payment within 2 working days from ordering to avoid the cancellation of your order.
Customization / Special Order
For Customization, Special Order type of products: please make payment within 24 hours upon confirmed your order requirement proposed by Terbike.com team. Terbike.com team will only prepare your special order once payment received. (Only Bank-in acceptable)

- Once your payment has been confirmed, we will arrange to shipped out your order.
Bank-in
Please make your payment within 3 working days from ordering to avoid the cancellation of your order.
- After you have made your payment, please send your bank in slip to support@rubiconbikes.group together with your order id, the date of deposit, name of bank, payee name, the amount of deposit.
- Please state I have made my payment on the WhatsApp or email title with #SC(Order No.)
- Once your payment has been confirmed, we will arrange to shipped out your order.
